An after school activity space for Bookville's youth to explore STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) 

CODE CLUB

Code Club meets on Mondays and Wednesdays @ 3:30 pm.  


Children ages 8-12 are invited to join RDP Library's Coding Club. Our Code Club focuses on learning new programming languages.   Code Club members start by learning Scratch programming language.  Once Scratch is mastered, members move on to other programming languages. 

ANNUAL STUDENT COMPETITION

Code Club members are invited to compete in the 2017-2018 Wonder Workshop Code Competition. All levels of coding experience are welcome to participate.  View our project gallery to see previous winners and entries. 

SCRATCH PROGRAMMING

Scratch is a free visual programming language developed by the MIT Media LAB. Scratch was created to help young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically and work collaboratively. It is used by students, teachers and parents to easily create interactive stories, animations, games, etc.
